Late last year we introduced our new Internet Banking platform and mobile banking Apps. We appreciate that this has been a huge change and was one that did not go as smoothly as we would have liked for all of our customers. However, it was a necessary change to enable us to deliver improved security and other new features and functionality now and into the future.
We appreciate the patience you have shown us while transitioning to the new platform. Since our launch, we’ve implemented a number of upgrades and have more planned to improve our overall online banking functionality and ensure the services we offer are responsive and customer friendly.
With this in mind, we are proud to be among the first Financial Institutions in Australia to introduce Osko® by BPAYTM and PayID to Internet Banking and the mobile banking Apps.
Osko, is the new and faster way to pay!
You can now use Osko to make payments almost instantly to other participating Australian financial institutions – 24/7, even on weekends!
You can also send and receive payments using a registered PayID mobile number or email address instead of having to remember your account details.
If you are on the App, you can even add mobile numbers or email addresses for payees from your contact list on your phone. It’s so simple!
