Most online product applications take around 5 minutes to complete. Plus, you can save your progress at any time and return to complete the application by using your unique application reference number.
Your new account should be opened within 1 working day of your successful application. If there are any problems with the application, we’ll get in touch with you during this time.

When you apply online you can choose whether you would like to proceed with electronic or manual identification. If we are unable to verify your identity electronically or you select manual identification, you will need to download and complete the Identity Verification Form and lodge it with an Australia Post Office or drop into one of our branches.
We’ve introduced a new security feature which requires you to enter your mobile number to receive a 6-digit security code. You’ll need to enter this security code to start your application with us. It’s how we know you’re a real person making a real application.
