Payment limits

^##Subject to available account balance or credit limit. Some merchants (stores) may apply lower limits.
*The same transaction limits on your card apply to Google Pay, however, an individual transaction limit of USD $500.00 also applies to Google Pay. There is a limit on how many offline transactions that can be made before an internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi) is required. You can use your physical card where these Google Pay limits have been reached. Note: you may be required to enter a PIN for some older merchant terminals.

These limits are cumulative across all your accounts and based on payment date, not date payment was created.
**Can be self-managed within internet banking up to $10,000.
***Maximum allowable limit available upon request. Internet Banking limits higher than $10,000 Pay Anyone or $20,000 BPAY per day require a mobile phone number to be provided for payment authorisations. Higher optional limits are subject to approval, call us on 13 19 87.
Note: By increasing your Daily Payment Limit to a higher amount than the default limit, you acknowledge that this may increase any potential liability through unauthorised transactions or fraud.

To manage payment limits on internet banking:

1. Login to internet banking
2. Hover mouse over Settings and select Manage payment limits (or when on a mobile device navigate to the menu and select Settings then Manage payment limits)
3. Select the Payment type you wish to manage, and click Payment limits
4. Your Maximum limit and Current limit will be displayed
5. To make a change, enter your new limit and click continue
6. Follow the verification steps

To manage payment limits on our mobile app:

1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Profile, and select Payment settings
3. Tap the Daily limits section of the screen
4. Select the Payment type you wish to manage, and click Payment limits
5. Your Maximum limit and Current limit will be displayed
6. To make a change, enter your new limit and click continue
7. Follow the verification steps
