  • New coloured cards: Brighten your wallet with our brand new range of Visa Debit cards! You can now choose from six different colours to help keep your accounts organised. Make sure to let us know which card colour you would like at least 2 months before your card expiry date, by sending us a secure message via our app, in branch, or by calling us on 13 19 87.
  • Open an account online: We’ve enhanced our Online Account Opening process to make it simpler and speedier than ever before. Simply visit our website and choose the transaction or savings product that suits you best and open an account while you’re there! It now only takes 5 minutes and you can use your driver’s licence or passport to verify your details. We will also be making Online Account Opening available through internet banking soon, so stay tuned!
  • Compare our home loans: We’ve made finding the perfect home loan for you even simpler. The new Home Loan product cards on our website make it easy to research and compare loan offers.
  • Talk to a lender: Save yourself a phone call or trip to a branch and contact a lender on the spot using your device. Simply enter your location into our online locator tool and you‘ll find a list of lenders in your area plus their contact details so you can get in touch directly. Simply click here to find your local lender.
  • Improved transaction details: Ever find you can’t remember purchasing something from the transaction description in your transaction history? We have made some fixes to our card transaction descriptions so that these will now display more useful details, as well as the location of purchase.
  • View closed account statements in internet banking: In the past, if you closed an account with us, your statement(s) would no longer be available in internet banking. We have now fixed this so you can continue to view your statement(s) for any closed accounts in internet banking.

  • Open Banking: We’re excited to announce that we have completed phase 1 of Open Banking! Never heard of it before? Well, Open Banking is where the future of banking is headed, giving you more control over your banking data as well as making it easier for you to view and compare bank accounts that you may hold with other financial institutions.   • New app is coming: We know it’s been a while since you’ve seen something new from us. That’s why we’re working hard to bring you a new app platform that can make great things happen now and in the future. We’ve listened to your feedback, learnt from the past and have started to build a new app that will give you the best experience possible. Due for release early next year, you’ll be able to do things like open new accounts, manage your cards and personalise your app. Most importantly, this will lay the foundation for us to introduce mobile payments sometime in the near future. We’re excited too, so check our website for updates and come on the journey with us.
