Introducing David Coles 

Business Relationship Manager for the Central Coast and Sydney regions.

As a Relationship Manager for the past 14 years, what I enjoy the most is assisting my customers to grow their business and succeed in their chosen industry. We can provide solutions for everyday banking and also offer loan products as required.

I’ve worked for Newcastle Permanent for a total of 27 years and am extremely experienced in all areas of banking. This includes all of the various entities that can be required for your business and offer solutions to meet those requirements.

Outside of work, I am married with 2 adult children and a proud grandfather of 2 (soon to be 3). I’m a mad sports fan supporting the NRL Manly Sea Eagles, Central Coast Mariners and Aussie cricket team and when it’s time to relax you can generally find me on a sandy beach somewhere in the Pacific Islands where the water is warm and the beer is cold. Introducing Natilie Hickson 

Business Relationship Manager for the North West and North Coast regions.

As I move towards 17 years in finance, it has been quite the journey. My career has taken me to Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Perth, Townsville, Darwin and landed home again in Newcastle.

It has been a privilege to have been with Newcastle Permanent for almost 5 years looking after the home and investment lending needs of our customers. For the last 2 years I have been recognised in our Excellence Awards for my commitment to Outstanding Customer Service. I have always prided myself on making the complicated simple.

When I’m not wearing the black and purple uniform, I’m with my partner and children and our two Chihuahuas.I love going to the gym 6 days a week, listening to a good crime podcast, and wasting hours watching a series on Netflix, Stan or Disney.
