Outside of work, I am married with 3 adult children who are all working in their own chosen profession. I’m a mad golf fanatic, playing every week an ex-rugby player who enjoys watching the rugby and surfing as hobbies.

Outside of work, I am married with 2 adult children and a proud grandfather of 2 (soon to be 3). I’m a mad sports fan supporting the NRL Manly Sea Eagles, Central Coast Mariners and Aussie cricket team and when it’s time to relax you can generally find me on a sandy beach somewhere in the Pacific Islands where the water is warm and the beer is cold. Introducing Natilie Hickson 

Business Relationship Manager for the North West and North Coast regions.

As I move towards 17 years in finance, it has been quite the journey. My career has taken me to Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Perth, Townsville, Darwin and landed home again in Newcastle.

It has been a privilege to have been with Newcastle Permanent for almost 5 years looking after the home and investment lending needs of our customers. For the last 2 years I have been recognised in our Excellence Awards for my commitment to Outstanding Customer Service. I have always prided myself on making the complicated simple.

When I’m not wearing the black and purple uniform, I’m with my partner and children and our two Chihuahuas.I love going to the gym 6 days a week, listening to a good crime podcast, and wasting hours watching a series on Netflix, Stan or Disney.

Manager of Business Solutions.

My finance career spans over 22 years and my passion is leading my team to deliver world class service for our business customers.

I have been back with Newcastle Permanent for over 6 years after originally starting back in 2001. During this time I have been fortunate enough to work with a few different organisations in roles such as financial planning and mortgage lending, providing me with a solid foundation as a Business Relationship Manager.  Currently I enjoy supporting our team delivering great customer outcomes in business lending.

Outside of business hours I am a keen runner, I value my time with my husband and my 4 year old son Bastian, working towards a Masters in Leadership.
